We offer 1-1 women's health coaching, hormone health education, online courses / programmes, consultations, educational resources and more. These services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To use our services you must:
- Be over 18 years old or have a parent or guardian over seeing your journey.
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not use our services for any unlawful purposes.
- All bookings and payments must be made in advance through the website or agreed booking system.
- Payments must be made in full before services commence unless a payment plan has been agreed upon between The Hormone Hub and the client.
- Our No Refund policy applies to all purchases (See payment policy for details)

- Provide honest and complete health related information.
- Follow agreed recommendations responsibly.
- Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed but by applying the principles and protocols set out to you, results can work well. So personal responsibility and applying yourself to your personal plan is crucial.
- We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
- Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your health regime that differ from your medical providers advice.
- We do not take responsibility for any health outcomes resulting from our services.
- All content, materials and resources provided in our programs (eg PDFs, courses, ebooks, guides etc) are intellectual property of The Hormone Hub and cannot be shared, copied, or resold without permission.
- Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action being taken against you.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website and services.
- You assume all risks associated with using our services, including but not limited to health, financial, or personal decisions made based on our guidance.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 72 hours notice is required.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in loss of the session and loss of any payments already made,. This also holds the risk of owing money for your cancellation.

Due to the digital nature of this masterclass and immediate access to event materials, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.
Transfer Policy
If you can no longer attend the live masterclass, you may transfer your booking to:
A future live masterclass date, OR
Another internal workshop/masterclass of equal value (subject to availability).
To request a transfer, you must email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the live event.
Replay Access
If a replay is offered, it will be available for a limited time.
Replay access is for your personal use only and must not be shared, downloaded, or redistributed.
