This call is a calm, focused space to talk things through properly.

If you’re feeling burnt out, overstimulated, or stuck in a cycle of pushing through symptoms without clear answers, this session allows us to slow things down and look at the bigger picture.

During the Clarity Call, we’ll talk through your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, stress load, and energy patterns. This helps us build a clear understanding of what’s been going on for you and where support may be most helpful right now.

If you are ready for real change and commitment, skip the clarity call and book your consultation for my 1-1 coaching program. This is designed to offer a much more in-depth assessment of where you are currently at with your health, symptoms, struggles and concerns.

My 1-1 coaching is a truly personalised approach to hormone health, tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Within your consultation I will discuss with you how I can support you and what package would be best suited to your personal goals and journey. I offer a pay as you go option, where you can book as and when you need support or fully commit to your health goals with a 4, 6 or 12 month package option.

Whichever option you chose after your consultation, you will be guaranteed to receive full comprehensive support that is individual to you. Alongside this you will have regular access to me for any wobbles, questions, wins or support. With all of my options you receive education made simple, aimed at all of the hormone foundations we cover together. You aren't alone in this journey, this process is guided by you so you are in control of what you feel ready for - every step of the way.

Holistic & Integrated Approach

Throughout our work together, we explore relevant testing, this may include; blood work, gut testing, cortisol testing, hormone testing, cycle tracking and more.

My work combines your symptoms and health history with your relevant tests, nutritional guidance, gut health, liver support, lifestyle and sleep modifications, and referrals to healthcare professionals. You will receive a complete roadmap that incorporates simple education on the foundations we use to regulate hormones and your inner wellness to harmonise your health naturally.

The goal of working together is to establish a root cause for your symptoms and work holistically to regulate your hormones. I am your advocate and this means I also work with other healthcare professionals to recommend clinical testing for you to feel confident navigating the healthcare system for any diagnosis you may need.

It's important to understand that I cannot diagnose you, but I can support you through referrals and recommendation letters should your labs, symptoms and health history indicate medical support is also needed.

How It Works

We begin by understanding your individual health history and current challenges. When you sign up for a consultation you will be sent some forms to complete based on your medical history, current symptoms as well as a lifestyle questionnaire.

During your consultation we will go through your health history form in depth together and discuss how I can help you and what you can expect at your first appointment.

- Personalised in-depth discussion of recent lab tests

- Planning of future lab test

- Explore the first foundations (this will be at your pace and comfort)

- Other testing and tracking we may work with:

- Glucose monitoring

- Sleep monitoring

- Cycle tracking

Why 1-1 Coaching Is Beneficial

Based on your most recent lab results (if any), symptoms and current health, we work together over a period of time to establish different foundations of hormone health. During each call we have, you will gain educational insight surrounding the foundation we are working with, and explore ways in which we can gently introduce new habits into your lifestyle. We take into account your current home and work commitments and tailor it to best suit you.

Nutrition & Supplement Guidance

Based on your results, symptoms and current health, I recommended simple nutrition swaps to support your diet as well as supplementations designed to increase essential vitamins and nutrients, stabilise blood sugars and optimise hormone levels.

We work together to focus on what swaps feel easy for you and this is something we talk abut on each call, and at whatever pace feels aligned with you. It isn't about overhauling your whole life.

Ongoing Support & Adjustments

As you progress, our regular sessions will allow us to review your results, celebrate wins no matter how big or small, address any new challenges and fine tune your plan.

If additional therapies are needed, I work closely with a network of trusted professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive care

I am with you cheering you on and educating you every step of the way. Offering expert insights, real time adjustments and ongoing support to help you overcome challenges and achieve sustainable results.
