With an extensive background in midwifery, I've spent years supporting women at different stages of their lives.
From conception and birth through to the postnatal period. I have always loved being a midwife, and my passion for advocating hasn't stopped there.
Whilst I no longer practice as a midwife, I keep my pin registered and active through my independent prescribing role, which I currently use in my aesthetics clinic supporting women with confidence concerns surrounding ageing.
Whilst I currently run my own aesthetics practice, my deeper mission has always been women's health which is why I created
The Hormone Hub launching in May 2025!

As I recovered from the hysterectomy, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about women's health, hormones and holistic healing.
What I found shocked me! There was a whole world of knowledge outside of the conventional medical model - information that could have changed my journey entirely.
This research led me to invest into an in-depth training course focused on everything women's health.
My experience lit a fire in me. Not just my own experience but also all of the messages I received on social media though sharing my journey, hearing other women's stories on pain and gaslighting - I refuse to accept that.
That is why I created The Hormone Hub.
A space where women can get the education, support and holistic solutions they deserve.
- No more being dismissed
- No more being told it is just anxiety
- No more masking symptoms without addressing the root cause.
You deserve answers. You deserve options. You deserve to feel your best.
If you are struggling with: hormonal imbalances, heavy periods, Unexplained pain, conditions associated with hormonal health, peri menopause or menopause, I want you to know you are not alone.
There is another way and I'm here to help you find it.
For eight years I lived In a cycle of debilitating pain, exhaustion and confusion. Every month I faced severely heavy bleeding and pain so intense it would affect my day to day life.I knew something wasn't right, but every time I sought help, I was dismissed - told that what I was experiencing 'normal' or that it was just part of being a woman!
I was gaslighted by the medical system and handed prescription after prescription -anti anxiety, medication, hormonal contraceptives, pain killers - but none of it provided real relief (funny that)! I felt like I was constantly fighting for someone to take my symptoms seriously. Deep down I knew it wasn't all in my head.
It wasn't until I pushed for further investigation that I finally got the answers I had been searching for. An MRI confirmed adenmyosis, a condition where the endometrial tissue grows into the muscle of the uterus causing severe pain, bleeding, bloating and fatigue (to name a few symptoms).
Everything I had been complaining of and no one told me this was even a possibility or ways to manage symptoms! Eventually after exploring my options I found that the only treatment option was a hysterectomy. A difficult decision but I knew it would be a turn point, not just for my health but for my purpose.
I felt validation finally finding out what had been causing this much pain in my life, but also anger.
- Why had no-one mentioned adenmysois before?
- Why had I been made to feel like I was over reacting?
- Why was I only given options that masked my symptoms rather than addressing them?
I know I'm not alone and when I began researching deeper and receiving hundreds of messages on instagram from other women, I was shocked to find that:
- Endometriosis
(another condition affecting growth of endometrial tissue) affects 1 in 10 women which equates to around 1.5 million women in the UK alone!
- Adenmyosis impacts around 1 in 10 women
- Uterine Fibroids affects 2 in 3 women
- PCOS affects between 2-26% of the population of women
Yet, women are not giving the right support or knowledge to tackle these conditions or the symptoms!
